Michael brings a unique combination of a legal background and technical expertise to his practice. A member of the District of Columbia Bar and Certified E-Discovery Professional, his clients include law firms (primarily involved in defense work), trade associations, and corporations. Before specializing in information security and e-Discovery, his background included the development of business continuity preparedness and web-enabled records management services. He also has extensive experience working with outside counsel, internal counsel, and IT departments in the pharmaceutical industry on large-scale electronic records management systems development.

Michael is also a former on-air television news reporter and award-winning commercial producer. He prefers his current work, but would rather be somewhere in the desert Southwest photographing cacti.
